THIRD GRADE ENGLISH CLASS

I'm just getting over an evening that I wont be forgetting soon
You showed me the best night of my life, without even leaving my room
Under the blanket wrapped around us, wrapped around each other
Under the moon that shines down on us, pouring our guts to each other
We'll stay up to watch the sun rise
I don't care if they say it's wrong, it all feels so right

I just wish that I could've have made last Saturday night last forever
A thousand questions were traded, but so many left unanswered
I know enough to know how I feel though, a little more every day
Let's steal your father's car we'll drive away...
and never come back

I don't see what somebody like you sees in some one like me
You've got a job and school, and I've got a TV and a 40 of Old E
I'd give up this bottle and smash that box, if that's what you want me to do
I know this songs sounds like third grade english class, but it'll have to do
I sleep all day while you're at work
No responsibilities, but you don't call me a loser

I cannot explain in words, what I feel for you or what I want to say
Everything I write for you, is so inadequate it seems
This song's another failed attempt at that expression
I want you to know you rocked my whole fucking world, in just a few weeks

I just wish that I could've have made last Saturday night last forever
A thousand questions were traded, but so many left unanswered
I know enough to know how I feel though, a little more every day
Let's steal your father's car we'll drive away...
and never come back

Let's do it again this Saturday..
